- (1)Have had successful exit(s) – IPO or M&A, or have made over 5 million USD investment(s) on startup(s).
- (2)Have the potential to contribute to the development of Taiwan startup ecosystem.

- Annual Membership Renewal Conditions
- Members shall join in the efforts to drive and promote Taiwan Startup Ecosystem by completing one of the following within the current membership year:
- (1)Register a company or set up a venture capital fund in Taiwan.
- (2)Invest in at least 1 Taiwan startup.
- As a Black Card Member, you are eligible to apply up to 6 desks for your company with duration of use no longer than 6 months.
- As a Black Card Member, you are eligible to apply up to 6 desks for your company with duration of use no longer than 6 months.
