Techstars and Qualcomm are partnering to bring global thought leaders in corporate and startup engagement to share how organizations can use innovation and technology in nontraditional ways to contribute to their local ecosystems while forging ahead with growth.
In this third event, Dhritiman Hu, Managing Director of Techstars Singapore, Vincent Tseng, CEO of TEC, and Eunse Lee, Managing Director of Techstars Korea will have a discussion about “How corporates innovate and the ways startups should engage.”

Dhritiman Hui
Managing Director at Techstars Singapore
Significant VC/PE experience built up primarily in Asia but also in Europe and the Americas.
Before joining Techstars, Dhritiman was an Investment Director at Tuscan Ventures – an investment firm based in India, and prior to that an Investment Director BW Ventures, a global investment firm that funded both startups as well as provided growth capital to and brick-and-mortar companies. Sector expertise spans technology, financial services, energy, transportation and logistics.

Vincent Tseng
Mr. Tseng currently serves as the CEO of Taidah Entreprenuership Center (TEC), National Taiwan University. He is also doing consulting to help several corporates do external innovation, eg. udn and Linking Publishing. He is also an Advisor of Advanced Technology Advisory Committee and Commercialization Advisory Committee, Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). Mr. Tseng previously served as Strategy Director and Head of Digital and Branding at Philips Taiwan. Prior to his role at Philips, he was Vice President of Yuanta Venture Capital. He is experienced in: startup mentoring, business strategy, new business development, digital transformation, and venture capital.
Eunse Lee
Managing Director at Techstars Korea
Eunse is an experienced founder behind founders. He joins Techstars as MD at Techstars Korea Accelerator in pursuit of his life mission of "empowering extraordinary founders to do awesome things.”
Prior to joining Techstars, Eunse headed BEYOND STARTUP as Managing Director and worked with very early stage companies in their 0 to 1.
Preceding Beyond Startup, he was based in LA, CA serving ELEVEN:ZULU CAPITAL – a Los Angeles-based VC as a Co-founder and Special Partner. He also taught business strategy and entrepreneurship at Yonsei University and Yonsei School of Business Global MBA in Seoul, Korea. Prior to turning to an investor, Eunse was a strategy and management consultant and was recognized for the proprietary business strategy framework called the Fan-oriented Strategy. As a consultant, Eunse led multiple domestic and cross-border projects in the industries such as ICT, Service, Automotive and FMCG. He also served as an advisor to a number of Korean Government agencies.

Ivan Lopez
General Manager Accelerators, Americas West and Asia Pacific
Ivan is the General Manager of Accelerators across the America West and Asia Pacific regions. He oversees all Techstars accelerator programs in the region plus Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Development in Taiwan.
He has over 25 years of global executive leadership experience in business development, marketing and technology. Ivan has led teams across several verticals and geographies including mobility, cloud services, e-commerce, streaming, licensing, gaming, procurement, media and entertainment in North and South America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Techstars Ivan built the strategic partners business for Amazon’s Merch by Amazon service creating the largest merchandise print on demand business worldwide.
Ivan grew up in Boulder Colorado, but is a citizen of the world and has lived outside of the US for 19 years. Ultimately an entrepreneur at heart who loves building!

Dhritiman Hui
Dhritiman Hui 為Techstars新加坡的Managing Director，過往在亞洲、歐洲和美洲地區有非常豐富的風險投資以及私募股權基金經驗。在加入Techstars之前，Dhritiman是印度投資公司Tuscan Ventures的投資董事，也曾擔任過資助早期新創公司以及提供實體店面成長資本的國際型投資公司BW Ventures的投資董事。專長領域擴及科技、財務服務、能源、交通以及物流。
曾正忠 Vincent Tseng
台大創創中心執行長，同時擔任udn和聯經出版的外部創新顧問。亦擔任工研院「前瞻技術指導委員會」暨「商業化諮詢委員會」委員。曾任職台灣飛利浦公司策略長兼品牌暨數位部門主管、元大創投副總經理，並參與過數家新創公司之創立或營運，擁有多年新創公司輔導、策略規劃、新事業發展、數位轉型、創業投資等經驗。
Eunse Lee
Eunse是一名非常有經驗的創業家，也運用他的經驗協助許多創業家。為了追求他的人生目標：「協助優秀的創業家做大事」，他決定加入Techstars韓國加速器。
加入Techstars之前，Eunse是BEYOND STARTUP的Managing Director，參與許多非常早期的新創公司從0到1的過程。在更早期，Eunse為洛杉磯創投公司ELEVEN:ZULU CAPITAL 的共同創辦人以及Special Partner。他也曾在延世大學教授商業策略和創業。在他成為投資人之前，Eunse是一名策略與管理的顧問，主導了資訊及通訊科技、服務、汽車以及FMCG產業裡許多韓國國內和跨境專案。他也曾是許多韓國政府單位的諮詢顧問。

Ivan為Techstars美西以及亞太地區的加速器總經理。他負責Techstars在這些地區的加速器計畫，以及台灣的新創生態發展計畫。在過去25年來，他在商業開發、行銷和科技有實質的國際領導經驗，帶領過北美、南美、歐洲、亞太地區跨領域與地區的許多團隊，包含行動裝置服務、雲端服務、電商、串流、授權、遊戲、採購、媒體和娛樂。在加入Techstars之前，Ivan負責亞馬遜Merch by Amazon計畫策略合作夥伴的業務，此計畫在全世界創造了巨大的商品印製服務商機。
Ivan在科羅拉多州的Boulder長大，旅居世界各地，已經有19年不住在美國，骨子裡就是個創業家，喜歡建造一切！
