安堉創新科技以噴灑頭（Showerhead）裝置設計、模擬分析及可靠度等技術，主力研發MOCVD軟硬體關件模組Showerhead關鍵零組件硬體及CyperEpi可視化設計驗證軟體，解決磊晶場缺乏MOCVD相關人才和庫存的問題。2018年6月創立於新竹市，由一群工研院Spin-Off的磊晶專家所組成。
