RBF develops, generates and purifies customized antibodies derived from chickens (IgY). Antibodies are proteins which specifically recognize other molecules. Thus, they are ideal for specific assays in order to detect e.g. food allergens in food preparations (like e.g. unwanted peanut residues from a previous batch in coconut ice cream made on the same production line) or the protein you are working with in your research.
