AirSpeQ 正在將空氣中顆粒物(particulate matter)的傳感器申請專利並商業化。希望透過可負擔價格的高品質傳感器,協助人們瞭解空氣品質避免受到傷害。
AirSpeQ is commercializing sensors for airborne particulate matter (PM). The technology is based on patent pending proprietary MEMS thin-film bulk acoustic resonator (FBAR) technology, and leverages more than 12 years of R&D at the University of California at Berkeley and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. AirSpeQ’s prosumer technologies accurately measure PM across the full range of concentrations, are reliable across a range of environmental operating conditions, have a smaller form factor, consume less power, work longer without preventative maintenance and cost substantially less.
