PackAge+採行的商業模式是，把可重複使用的網購包裝租賃給電商業者，讓電商業者使用循環包裝出貨；當消費者收到循環包裝，將商品取出後，可到PackAge+的合作店家歸還包裝，並領取線上及線下店家提供的優惠；回收包裝經過消毒、清潔及保養後，再提供給下一個電商使用，形成網購包裝循環系統。
