Swingvy 是創辦人 Jin Choeh 的第三度創業,從過去創立 Zibro 線上房地產交易平台及 Ssamtong家教媒合平台的創業過程中,他發現對中小企業而言,若無法有效管理人力資源,將產生額外支出並大大影響團隊效能,而在與其他中小企業合作的同時,他也察覺人力資源管理其實是所有東南亞中小企業的痛點。看見國際間人力資源平台服務的風起雲湧,加上洞察到東南亞市場的實際需求,Jin Choeh決定三度創業,用一套 HR 軟體整合人事資料、休假管理、請款流程、薪資計算、公司行事曆等所有企業中與「人」相關的業務。Swingvy 表示平台能省下 80%以上的紙本工作,及每月約 3 小時的工作時間,它最大的特點在於:這個平台整合了所有人資相關子系統功能,並透過直覺友善的介面,讓用戶透過App 便可輕鬆完成作業。
