📌 徵案資格
成立 8 年以下的新創公司、學研團隊或個人，以創新 IC 設計、IC 應用或AI系統整合，提出各領域的創新解決方案或技術

• AI Core Technologies & Chips：AI 晶片、大語言模型、AI 系統、資安、硬體加速、生成式應用
• Smart Mobility：電動車、無人機、自駕、智慧城市、通訊
• Smart Manufacturing：智慧製造、IC 製程、機器人
• Smart Medtech：生物辨識、智慧監測、智慧醫療
• Sustainability：永續製造、節能創新、新能源

Taiwan’s flagship innovation competition, IC Taiwan Grand Challenge (ICTGC), is building global momentum and inviting groundbreaking startups, research teams, and international founders to apply for its 4th batch. The competition turns global innovators to Taiwan to prototype, scale, and commercialize next-generation semiconductor and AI technologies.
